The “Torre de Belem”(1515) is one of the most significant monuments from Lisbon City. It is located on the left bank of the Tagus River, where was once the Belem Beach…
Love this monument……lived in Portugal….Lisbon and was very amazed and impressed by this structure. So many amazing castles etc. close to Lisbon….particularly Sintra. Thanks for your photos Pedro.
I marvel at the intricacy of the architecture which you were able to capture and display for all to see. I ask myself how were they able to build such structures along the water and have them literally stand the test of time. Thanks for all your visits to my site and so many likes, the most recent of which is “Bouquet of Buds”.
